What is included in commercial cleaning?
Commercial cleaning services are extremely varied. They can include floor cleaning, window washing, complete disinfection of your work environment, air duct cleaning, bathroom cleaning and much more.
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
Rates depend on your needs, the surface to be cleaned and the frequency agreed upon. Our hourly rate for a one-time job is $50 per hour, with volume discounts. Our subscription service starts at $48 per hour, with further volume discounts; the minimum monthly contract is $330, for a bi-monthly cleaning of 3 hours each. Eco-friendly products and any other necessary tasks can be added. Travel expenses are $50 for all non-recurring work.
